Good Monday morning! There’s no denying it now; it’s well and truly fall, with the days getting shorter and cooler. This may be a relief or a disappointment, depending on the sort of person you are. Either way, it’s time to kick off the week with a challenge. Ready?
Laugh out loud every day this week! Getting in a good laugh will instantly elevate your mood.
Remember when you were a little kid and everything funny made you guffaw? Try to rediscover that unbridled joy this week, rather than being “adult” and reserved. Laughing is good cardio (really!) and it’s great for your mood. Not only that, but laughing out loud has been proven to boost your immune system.
