Here’s a confession:
I am a CEO of a happiness company and there are many days when I let stress take over. It’s almost a physical feeling and it’s not unlike holding my breath. I don’t need to link to research reports to tell you that this is not a good way to be happier or live a good life. I’m working on it and today’s challenge is an awesome reminder.
